Five Products

I realised that I had recently purchased a lot of beauty products and some of them have really scored points in my books, so I’ve decided to share my comments on them with you!

Bioderma Créaline H20 Cleansing Solution – I’ve decided to jump on the beauty bloggers’ bandwagon and purchased it via eBay, after reading so many positive reviews of this product. And I can now see the hype about this cleanser – it removes eye make up like a dream (even my stubborn eyeliner and waterproof mascara) and leaves my eyes and skin feeling ‘squeaky clean’. Hopefully it will be available in the UK soon!

Hydraluron Moisture Booster – another product I discovered by reading bloggers’ reviews of it. It is a hydration serum inspired by injectable hydration treatments, that contain hyaluronic acid. This product offers similar treatment, which is more affordable and obviously less invasive. I use it under my moisturiser every night (it can be used in the mornings too) and even though I can’t see any results yet, I can definitely feel my skin just getting a bit softer and plumpier.

Origins Zero Oil Oil-Free Lotion with Palmetto and Mint – I picked it up on my recent New York trip quite spontaneously, as I was originally planning on getting the Origins Drink-up Overnight Mask and I’m so glad I went for it in the end. It made my skin look so much better and I’m finally not suffering from nasty breakouts. The mint in the moisturiser makes my skin tingle slightly when applying it to my face (but it’s not uncomfortable) and I love the fact that the cream doesn’t feel heavy and it doesn’t leave an oily residue. I’ve already repurchased it despite the high price tag – that’s how much I love this product!

Dermalogica Special Cleansing Gel and Skin Prep Scrub – these are samples I got after my Dermalogica facial back in October and only now I’m slowly running out of them! I find Dermalogica products really suitable for my acne prone skin and even though the scrub is quite rough in texture, it doesn’t irritate my skin and doesn’t make my skin shiny as a result. I think I may have found my HG facial scrub product!

i’m so addicted to beauty products…really thinking about getting the bioderma cleaning solution. unfortunately (yet fortunately for my checkbook) my boyfriend and i share one small medicine cabinet so that limits me from buying a billion different products :)

That’s the only downsize of this product – it’s so HUGE! I had to put it away in a cupboard as it doesn’t fit where I normally would store an eye make up remover! But it really is a great cleanser, I highly recommend it!
